Back to basics. Ive been having trouble with bench lately so its time to go back and see what im doing wrong. TIGHTNESS. Im getting too loose and ive been slacking off with form just because I benched 180kg at GPC Nationals. On the last set of todays session I realised that but it was too late to do more, guess well see how well I bench on Monday. PAUSED BENCH 162.5kg x 2 162.5kg x 2 162.5kg x 2 130kg x 5 130kg x 5
