Back to life...back to reality....reality is i love my new job....been a megga busy wkend and i have to say apart from about 20 minutes during service on sat night ive loved every minute.....fantastic feedback ...kitchen coming together.....theres so much more to me than pastry ....really enjoying cooking ....pea and ham soup....beef broth with chicken liver croutes..macaroni cheese....spicy meatballs with tomato fondue and penne finished with parmesan ....fresh mackeral with warm potato salad and tomato fondue...pan roasted salmon with mashed pots buttered leeks and crayfish sauce....seabass bith crushed new pots peas with balsamic......no need to list puds...you know the dance !!!
