Back to school. This morning is probably typical for parents all over America. Oh shit, I overslept my alarm! Shake kids hard. Kids complain about the hard shake. They want mommy. I told them that mommy is sick. I tell them it is only 20 min left until the bus arrive. Kids rush out to dress up. Pee. Brush. Comb. Hurrry! Hurry! *stress, crabby, tempers flare, freaking out* Mouth clean, hair brushed, proper clothing. Wait! Everyone must wear snow pants and boots cuz there is snow out there. No, I dont want to. Yes, you must! Gloves on! Snow hat on! *mismatched pairs of gloves* *mismatching set of winter gear* Snow boot too small, that is the old one, get the new one. That is mine! I want that glove! *a wrestle between the glove* Where is that damn backpack? I dont want that backpack. I found 3 backpacks. No! No! A tantrum on floor. Microwave. Toaster. Drink from the jug. *dog barking* YES, I know you have go to bathroom that badly, just wait few min. DAMN It! 5 MINUTES!!! *cat meow* Oh I am sorry, I did not mean to yell at you. I saw bus flashing lights outside. My gosh! You are not ready yet? Get that coat on NOW! Hurry! Hurry! Hurry! Breakfast accidentally drops to the floor. Final check down, everyone! *yelling* that is mine! Never-mind, never-mind. Just go! The door close and kids hop into the bus safely. *sigh* I wish you a Happy Back to School greeting.
