Back to the grind. It felt good to get back in the gym and lift some heavy - ish weights again. This is also what a 115kg jerk looks like when you smash yourself in the chin. AM session - 5 x 1 Hang clean (power position) + 1 front squat + 1 split jerk - worked up to 115kg. 20:00 EMOM of - 5 pullups 10 pushups 15 squats Every second minute fill the remainder of the minute with double unders.
