Back update - so, after learning I have several compressed discs as well as mild scoliosis, Ive been to the chiropractor 3 times. 2nd visit was brutal, back was in severe pain spasms the entire adjustment. My back literally looked like a S Walking continued to be a challenge. As did various tasks like : siting down and raising up, rolling over in bed, etc. Depression started trying to get a foothold, especially when the spasms got so suddenly severe, I nearly went to the floor while walking. Fortunately, the table was nearby and I caught it. Fridays adjustment was awesome! Using the tens machine and a heating system strapped to me helped immeasurably. Today has been the best day in two weeks. Been walking normally and can feel strength returning. 3 tens treatments and a nap and I feel pretty darn good. Still on the 800 milligram Motrin, but no muscle relaxant all day! Back now has just a slight lean to one side! Attitude has improved immensely! Got a choke hold on depression and stuffed it in the garbage! Couldnt have done it all without my wonderful wife Dianne! She has been so awesome! Even recovering from surgery, shes kept me going! Thanks honey, love you! You are the bestest! Hopefully, progress will continue and I can get closer to normal. Or, at least my version of normal! LoL! And back on the road working and then...the gym! I hear it calling to me!
