Back when I was a boy at the age of 12 Years old, I had to face the brutal truth about my Fathers truth and what had happen to him after he fought for the supposed Cuban Revolution side by side with Fidel and Raul Castro. At this early age of my life, one day like any other day, I sat down with my Father and I asked him why, why I grew up without him since the day I was born until the age of 8 years old?. I remember my father, with tears on his face, telling me that he spent all that time in prison, just because he said that the road that the revolution was taking, it was not the road that he wanted for the country he fought so hard, he then told me the tortures he had to face while he was put in jail by the same brothers that he helped to win, the so called Cuban Revolution, this was one of the most sad days for him and for me. He although with pain and agony, and perhaps trying to avoid many of the others tortures he faced so I would not get so emotionally hurt, he explained me what happened. I remember that after he was done with his story, I had to bring my head down in sign of respect and suffering, cry along with him, then later apologize, I had to apologize to him because I was one of those that I would die for Fidel Castro and Raul Castro. I had to apologize because, I was brain watched for so many years with lies and misinformation, I had to apologize to him because he knew that I was growing up with rumors from people that my father was a traitor to his country. After many years, there were always questions in my mind, on how could this possible?, well browsing youtube, I found the answers to my questions, and the entire truth about what my father told me, and I was able to re-confirm what my father had to face after he was put in jail. On yesterdays date December 17, 2014 the United States Of Americas President Barack Obama, tossed in the garbage all the sacrifices, pain, suffering and agony that my father and others like him faced by one of the most brutal dictatorships in this universe, the Castro brothers and their team. The youtube video I found, explains and demonstrates in detail all the horrible tortures that my father and others like him who helped the Castro brothers win the Cuban Revolution had to face.
