Back when did fraud prevention at Vesta we got someone recharging a prepaid phone under the name Lauren Bacall. I was able to verify all of her banking information, and then (shaking) I called her line to confirm her order. I got her voicemail. In THAT voice, it said Well, I suppose if youre calling here then you know whose phone youve reached. I left her a very short message as if I handled orders for Bacalls every day, no big deal.
