Back with protein cheese cake. -8 oz fat free cream cheese -4 oz fat free cottage cheese -8 oz Greek yogurt -2 whole eggs -2 scoops vanilla whey -vanilla extract Mix in a bowl (easier with processor) Pour into non stick pan (coat with non stick spray) Bake at 300℉ for 30-40 minutes Let cool. Should be good to go right then, but it gets better if you put it in the fridge over night (who wants to wait for all that crap). Watch it though...I burnt this one...still...its not like Im NOT gonna eat it.
