BackTraining Seated wide grip rows I see many people doing this exercise wrong. In fact I did it wrong for many years by leaning forward--thinking it was a good stretch for my lats. But doing that is not good for your shoulders & low back! I always ask myself What is the risk & what is the benefit? Sit on bench with tall posture- shoulders down & back Keep torso stationary, pull the handles back towards your torso, squeezing your back muscles hard. Hold contraction for 1-2 sec and slowly go back to starting position. AVOID swinging your torso back & forth as you can cause lower back injury by doing so. #viresults #viexperts
