Bacon & Ladies Only themes: Rosemary Infused Pork Chop w/ Caramelized Pears & Apple Cider reduction sauce served with bacon brussel sprouts on a bed of mashed potatoes. Nothing ordinary about this dish since Im no ordinary lady. The caramelized pears and the tangy sauce add a slightly buttery sweet taste to balance out the pork chop. One regret, the darn chops are too small. Will definitely make this dish again but with bigger and thicker chops. The sauce is so good that it was requested to make more next time.
