Bacon Pancake Casserole 1lb of bacon, cut into 1in pieces cooked and drained 2 cups Bisquik 2 large eggs 1 cup milk Dash of cinnamon 1 TBSP vanilla 1/2 cup syrup Butter Preheat oven to 450. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. Cook bacon. Drain and set aside. Mix Bisquik with cinnamon, milk, eggs, and syrup. Add cooked bacon to pancake mix. Dump into 9x13. Bake for 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Spread butter over hot pancake. Cut and serve. Top to your liking.
