Bacon and Swiss Steak Ingredients 1 1/2# Ribeye 2 Slices Lacy Swiss Cheese 8 Slices Thick cut Bacon 1/4 t. Cinnamon Cajun Seasoning Garlic Salt Pepper 1/2 c. Chopped Onion 1/4 c. A1 Steak sauce I use the toaster oven for mine since I only cook for myself. So you may need to adjust the temperature and/or cooking times for a standard oven. Preheat toaster oven to 450 degrees. lay out bacon in a row to where you can wrap it up on top of the steak. Place steak on top of bacon Rub in the Cajun seasoning, garlic, cinnamon, and pepper pour A1 over steak place onions into A1 Wrap bacon up and over the the steak. The A1 will help hold it in place Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from toaster oven and add Swiss to cover the steak. Place back in oven for 5 more minutes to melt the cheese.
