Bacon and oregano or chorizo and caraway seeds bread Finely chop and cook till crispy 1/2 cup bacon or chorizo, drain and reserve the oil Wisk 5 eggs till light and fluffy and pale in colour (essential for the lightness of the bread) Add 200 g of ground almonds (1 packet) 4 tbs of ground flax seeds or any seed mix Add the oregano and the bacon to the mix and the oil or the chorizo and the caraway seeds Some black pepper (no salt in case the bacon/chorizo is salty) 1 tbs of cider vinegar 1ts of bicarbonate of soda or baking powder. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and bake like a sponge cake.
