Bad enough that the frontage of our garage is being excavated in line with a DPWH project of improving sidewalks in our area then here comes this dude who nonchalantly picks up a bucket containing all the work tools of the DPWH worker. Had to extract this video and had to appear at a bgy hall to show proof that this guy did it. Oh he has an accomplice as you will see in this vid. A scavenger who also calmly hid the loot in his push cart. I understand times can be hard and these guys may just be in need...but they should have at least some concern about improvements being done by the govt for the good of the majority. We cannot progess as a nation if stealing is a norm by our under privileged kababayans. Ang kawalan ng pagmamahal sa sariling nating bayan ay punot dulo ng mga katiwalian sa ating lipunan. Nag isip ka sana kuya! I feel sorry for you.
