Baghdad has made no decision to send delayed payment of clerks in Kurdistan: official The Iraqi Parliament Spokesman’s second deputy said the central government in Baghdad has not made any decisions about the delayed payments of clerks in the autonomous Kurdistan region. Aram Sheikh Muhammad from Change (Gorran) movement told Kurdpress that Baghdad has not answered a request by the Kurdish region and has not made any decision on the issue, referring to a letter by Kurdish deputies in Iraqi parliament where they asked Baghdad to send the delayed payment of clerks in the Kurdish region.
