Bah hahahaha!!!!! This book series was the ultimate third- novel-flop for me :-) Maybe the clever kids at studio C just helped me figure out why that is! I swear, the author got to the third book and realized that she wrote a bunch of characters that even SHE didnt like. She probably sat at her computer and thought Do I have my heroine marry the whiny, weak, devoted, puppy-dog-boy? ...or do I have her go for the tough, handsome, hunter-type whose character didnt develop beyond chapter 3 of the first book? {Warning: spoiler alert ahead. Im talking to you, Ben Ellis. #walkaway} Decisions decisions... I know, I will go with lukewarm and depressing... And I will also kill off the ONE character that the heroine Has spent the last several years of her life trying to keep alive, AND I will make it the handsome guys fault so that it takes the decision out of her hands.
