Bahraini Sales Assistants (urgent) Job Description: The Sales Assistant role consists in providing excellence in customer service, execute all required daily operational tasks of the store ensuring 100% compliance with the company’s procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the key performance indicators of the store. Also includes participation in the company’s training programs in order to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required for professional development. Criteria: 1. Female 2. Bahrainis 3. Trustworthy 10.Team worker 11.Fluent in English & Arabic 12.College Graduate Job Role: 1. Greets and welcomes all customers who enter the store. 2. Assist customers in locating merchandise. 3. Gives advice and guidance on product selection to customers. 4. Develops strong product information knowledge. 5. Ensures clear and pertinent communication of ongoing promotions. 6. Ensures promotion materials in store are up to date and in impeccable conditions. 7. Presents merchandise upon request. 8. Stocks shelves and furniture with merchandising as per merchandising rules. 9. Collects merchandise from warehouse upon request. 10.Creates customer profile forms with impeccable field filling. 11.Other related tasks.
