Baked Pepper Jack Cheese Dip •1 pound shredded pepper jack cheese •1 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese •3 cups milk •3 tbsp all purpose flour •2 tbsp butter •dippers-soft pretzels, chips, fish tacos 1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2.Melt the butter in a heavy sauce pan 3.Add the flour, and whisk to combine 4.Let the flour cook for 1 minute 5.Slowly whisk in the milk and continue whisking until milk thickens 6.Add cheeses and continue to whisk until cheeses are melted and sauce is smooth 7.Place into a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the top beings to brown 8.Enjoy with soft pretzels, or chips,
