Baked chicken with soy sauce and white wine Ingredients: again use whatever you can find in your kitchen Defrosted chicken, leftover white wine, soy sauce, black pepper, oil, honey, and any kinds of spices and herbs in your chicken Directions 1. Preheat oven @375F 2. Mix soy sauce and white wine in a bowl roughly half and half. All good amounts of black pepper, honey, oil, salt and sugar and whatever spices/herbs you like and mix well. 3. Separate the mixture into half in another bowl 4. Put chickens into the mixture and then lay it on a baking dish 5. Cover baking dish with foil paper and put it in preheated oven for 15 minutes 6. Increase oven temp to 450 and remove foil paper for another 20 minutes 7. After removing foil paper, take baking dish out every 5 minute and add remaining soy sauce mixture on the chicken and then put it back in the oven 8. Cook it until internal temp reaching 165F 9. DONE
