Baked salmon, green onions chopped (uncooked) fresh garlic chopped (uncooked) half an avocado, 3 slices of organic wheat bread with chive Philadelphia spread, arugula leaves (organic) and a cup of fresh juice with 2 tea spoons of organic fiber for breakfast :D Now while the wife is at the Bazaar with her new friend, gonna sweep, vacuum, mop, fold some clothes, do some laundry and STUDY!!!! Thanks a lot Misti Love Sowell for taking time out of your day yesterday to help build me a new workout regiment, also thanks Alex Clark for working several hours to close out this music project we have been working on the last few weeks... Gonna stretch and do some body weight squats and a light circuit training between cleaning for recovery because come Monday ITS ON!!!!
