Baking Soda Detox Hot Bath The 16 ounce boxes of Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) sold in grocery stores is fine to use for detoxification baths. It provides a naturally alkaline substance with a reputation for helping to remove toxins. It’s great for neutralizing the chlorine that’s been added to most city water sources. It’s hard to detox in a bath that is full of a toxic chemical, so it’s good that this makes it naturally cleaner. Some people stir four boxes in their tub then spend an hour or so soaking & scrubbing. Please note that such baths can be harmful to some people. Thus, we know that in one case an external cancer was cured by an abundant sprinkling of soda on the afflicted place. In another case some unknown small root helped. The wife of an employee of ours was cured by some local remedy of a cancer of the breast that was in a greatly advanced and neglected state.
