Thats the thing with most of the food I love...Our supermarkets either either dont stock them here in Goa or the quality is not up to the mark...so i did the one thing I always do..Called up Sera in Scotland and gave her a long list of ingredients i was desperately in need of (BTW,She never says no)..got me the Filo pastry and here it is..the super yummy & absolutely awesome Baklava..i am gonna be boastful & say this, Had George Calombaris, tasted this..he surely wouldve been proud of me!
