Bali News-Official tally shows Jokowi has won Editors note: I am very proud and honored to be in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, during the day when history will be made as the former Jakarta governor popularly known as Jokowi, ho is liked immensely by Jakartians has evidently made it through the final count with a resounding win. We congratulate Pak. Jokowi and look forward to dramatic improvements in Indonesias economy, which of course will flow over to real estate, tourism, etc. Former Pres. Bambang has left a great legacy to follow as he improved Indonesians credit rating and its prominence in the world. As Ive always said Indonesia is not arising Tiger, but a roaring Lion about to be let out the cage. Indonesia is not arising Tiger, but a roaring Lion about to be let out the cage. With the fourth largest population in the world, abundant natural resources, including oil, and a workforce that is one of the lowest cost and hardest working in the world there is no question in my mind Indonesias future is very bright. Hopefully the election of a man that is known to the people to be above corruption will lead to positive sentiment and the population will remove their belief that they are a third world country and allow them to recognize their potential to compete with any modern country in the world. Congratulations to Indonesian citizens for their choice. I as one of the very minuscule mount of expatriates who have worked and prospered in this country for 18 years am very proud and honored to be living in Bali at a time of such historic significance. God bless Indonesia and warm wishes all those who are celebrating the most important day of the year at the end of this week, Idul Fitri.bali-news-views.blogspot/2014/07/bali-news-official-tally-shows-jokowi.html
