Ballet @ BPAC! BALLET ROYALE MINNESOTA NEW SATELLITE PROGRAM AT BURNSVILLE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER. This Fall Ballet Royale will begin offering classes for Beginners and Pre-Ballet levels at the state-of-the-art Burnsville Performing Arts Center (BPAC). Ballet Royale is a premier dance Academy where individuals of all ages and abilities receive the finest professional training in a healthy, nurturing and non-competitive environment. It is also the official school and home of Twin Cities Ballet of Minnesota, the Resident Dance Company of BPAC. This satellite program is the first of its kind at BPAC, and focuses on those just starting out or seeking to try dance classes of the highest quality. The first eight week session begins Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Classes are: PRE-BALLET CREATIVE DANCE: Stepping Free/Spirits Soar I (Ages 3–4) and Spirits Soar II/We’ll Come Alive (Ages 4–6) INTRODUCTION TO CLASSICAL BALLET (Ages 7–12): a great chance for boys and girls with little or no previous ballet training to experience Ballet basics in a fun, safe environment. There will be an In-Studio Showcase Performance at the end of each eight week session. A special four week program, "AT THE BALLET: THE NUTCRACKER" (Ages 5-12) follows in November.
