Banbridge District Council taken another step in helping promote a fit future for residents and visitors with the introduction of a new state-of-the-art outdoor gym in Solitude Park. Part-funded by the Public Health Agency (PHA) as part of Banbridge District Council’s Fit and Well Programme, the equipment, which is fully certified to all British and European standards, consists of a crosstrainer, fitness bike, leg press, leg raise, assisted pull up, lateral pull down, dips, oblique, pull up and shoulder press.
