Band I Got: Wide Awake Fav song: Last Straw Heard of this band while going thru label discogs and checked them out. Was into it, but really got into them after revisiting the band when Jordan Hemphill traded me a shirt. This band is FAR under appreciated (last schism release) and opened for a lot of the greats in the late 80s (YOT, BOLD, etc). Last Straw is a banger of an intro / opening track and lyrically is relevant to things Ive gone through in the past and even recently. To me its about taking a look at a toxic friendship or relationship and learning to step away when that time comes.
