Bangladesh Film Institute organizes 33rd Film Appreciation Course Bangladesh Film Institute is going to organize its 33rd Film Appreciation Course from September 22, 2013. The two-month long film appreciation course includes the following subjects i.e., History of the World Cinema, Script-Writing, Cinematography, Editing, Language and Aesthetics of Cinema, Digital Cinema, Art-Direction, Acting, Background Music, Make Up, Props and Dress, Videography, Film Production, Television Production, Documentary Film and Film-Criticism. There will be a written examination at the end of the course. The successful students from the course will have opportunity to make both feature and documentary films in digital format. The director of the course is Tanvir Mokammel and experienced teachers from the respective sectors will take classes. Classes will be in five days a week, everyday from 6.00 to 8.00 pm. After class there will be film shows. The course commences on September 22, 2013. Admission form will be available from Bangladesh Film Institute (BFI) office from 4 PM to 8 PM.
