Bank of Bhutan and Bhutan Telecoms joint product B-wallet really sucks. Last happy hour wasnt a happy hour but frustrating hour as it was not working at all. Service provider forget their duty while enjoying the day. If BoB and BT cant provide good service it would be wise to cancel the service rather than giving frustrated service. I tried to access the service from morning till 11 oclock. It was in vain. Really need to look into those things as they are explaining system is busy and no other reasons.
