Banking wit Equity hasnt been a bad experience for me (esp. coz of their mobile banking system dat works on a principle jus like Mpesas & has agents everywhere hata mtaani na mashinani!) However,those long banking hall queues & frequent system-jam huni boh sana! Banking with KCB,my other account,is fairly good but their customer care is abit slow & old fashioned & the deductions pia huwa hazini jazz but i appreciate their cute ATM cards all the same:-) In short,im yet to find a bank dat will fully embrace me & i can embrace them back! Why should i have two accounts? It doesnt make sense! I just need ONE reliable account! I want a permanent bank,a bank dat will be my friend & lover all the way thru my lifes journey! Where i can be a client mpka ile siku nitakufa! A trustworthy bank with a good savings plan,a bank where i can easily acquire loans & not worry about heavy deductions etc.! I need a bank dat will be like family to me! Aki i really envy the relationship between Barclays bank & my father! He has banked with them for over 20 years without complains yaani hata akitaka loan wanampea PAP! Yaani yeye ni mteja wao mpka they call him for their end of year party & send him calenders! #IAmSoJealous Sasa mimi bank yangu ni gani jameni? :-( Surely Im 25 yrs,i need to now know my permanent bank! Any suggestions guys? :-( (Na mtu msiseme Barclays,huko me bado sijafika bei eey! Barclays ni kwa wazito sio masafara kama mimi jo!)
