#BankofAmerica fail...this seriously just happened: I handed the teller at BofA a $20 and asked for a roll of quarters and $10. Teller: Do you have an account? Me: Not here. Teller: Then I cant help you. Me: You cant change a $20? Youre a bank. Teller: Nope. Bank policy is that we cant help people who dont have an account with us. So I took my $20 to TD Bank whos only question was, Are you having a good day? as the teller handed me a roll of quarters and a ten dollar bill. Out of curiosity, I walked next door to Citibank with the $10 I got from TD bank and again asked for a roll of quarters. The only question I got there was Big plans this weekend? Nope, I said. Just doing laundry. #BofASucks #goodexampleofabadexample
