A MASSIVE MASSIVE thank you to EVERYONE who we met, at Morrisons in Chorlton, and donated, even those who couldnt donate, for whatever reasons, an absolute pleasure to meet with you all. The volunteers said how much they were all left truly humbled and overwhelmed with the kindness and love shown by all. We collected a grand total of £820.28 in cash donations, and there was so much food donated to this cause, we guess that there was about 2/3 months of food given to us, based on the number of families/individuals we assist weekly. Absolutely truly amazing. THANK YOU to you ALL. Heres where we thank all who helped, forgive me if I miss anyone out: Thank you to Morrisons in Chorlton for allowing us to collect there, appreciate your patience with us. Thank you to all customers of Morrisons who donated with such open hearts. Thank you to Metro Cafe in Chorlton for helping us by loking after our volunteers with tea/coffee/sandwhiches. Wonderful. Thank you to IMA Management for their continued support with our ongoing projects. Naeem and the rest of the BMHC for their continued support and encouragement. To Manchester Metropolitan University staff and students for their support. The support and encouragement from all social workers, council workers and local South Manchester Councillors, GMP Chorlton/Didsbury who all liaise with us and give us HUGE support. And MASSIVE thank you to ALL Barakah Food Aid friends who helped out not just on the day, but who help and support week in, week out.
