Barbados - A local reverend has strongly defended women’s right to lead in any sphere in Barbados. According to Reverend Drakes, “God does not have does not have a problem with women.” “If God has given them a brain, as He has given men, and if He has given them talents and abilities, why does He give them? If he has equipped a female for leadership, why would he then do that and then say to her, through any organisation you can’t rise to the very highest level.
