Barbados was one of their ports of call so to you notep neverlutionaries there were white slaves, there were black ones, economically black slaves were more profitable...slavery was originally about economics, racism came about AFTER slavery when we stopped being cash cattle for the plantation owners. The first slaves on Barbados were WHITE.....look at the treatment outlined here.....look at the image....a slave block is a slave block, these women were raped, these men were beaten and dehumanized This goes beyond race.....the founders of the slave trade were inhuman creatures who happened to have white skin....in those times there was no such thing as the complexion for the protection if you were a young irish lass you could have been snatched up and Barbadoed just how you could have been snatched as a young lass on the coast of Africa.......know the FULL history of slavery and some things will make more sense......each time i see people claiming that all whites are oppressors and all whites owned slaves and all whites being the devil i smile to myself and speak of this, many have a mental block to this and respond with cognitive dissonance.....they believed white=master black= slave for so long that they cannot absorb this
