Barbell Preacher curls- (Mainly targets the lower biceps).. *Do not bring the bar down completely to keep the pressure off the tendons. Dumb bell could also be used to tailor the movement as with BB,you hv set range of motion. (My form may hv gone here n thr in this video as this was probably my last set) Training with my coach....
