Barbeque Sticky Chicken 1/2 cup Catsup 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp salt 4 Tbls butter 2 pounds Chicken parts your choice Mix first seven ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat until the brown sugar is fully dissolved. Arrange chicken in a 9x13 pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Pour the sauce over the chicken and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 90 minutes, turning every 1/2 hour. (if you prefer breast meat I recommend boneless and skinless, but you may want to shorten the cooking time and turn more often)
