Barely finished my 1hr workout! Im Definitely gonna be sore tomorrow, I gave it my all & Im already feeling it! I also did my 160 squats & incase your wondering abt my back I woke up & it was feeling better, it still hurts a lil but at the gym today I did some back extensions and they really helped relieve the pain... As for my nutrition plan I ate healthy besides that 1 lunch plate I posted earlier.. But when I came back from the gym I was hungry so I mighta ate a extra lil piece of meatloaf, then after I ate it I realized I was hungry because I forgot to eat my last snack.. So oops! Atleast it was a healthy peace of meatloaf, so it wasnt that bad. Just goes to show how important all 6 meals are!!
