We expect to move out of the area and will be taking Barking Dog Books and Art with us. We are looking forward to this change in the direction of our lives. Our moving sale has begun with 20% off all books and art excluding outstanding special orders and books already on the sale table. If there is a special volume you have had your eye on, we encourage you to stop in the store soon. Following Memorial Day, many of our books will be packed and not available for purchase. Sorry but we can no longer place special orders, or buy and trade books. We encourage you to use your current store credit and gift certificates. Some bookcases and store fixtures will be for sale after Memorial Day. We anticipate closing to the public in early July. Our ten years in the bricks and mortar bookstore business has been a wild ride – sometimes frustrating, sometimes overwhelming, but always we have loved putting good books in the hands of our customers.
