Barre Classes: Straighten, Strengthen, Tone and Reduce Barre classes combine Pilates, yoga and ballet movements to help sculpt your muscles and make them leaner. Youll be sore after the first few classes, but youll also see some major results in little time. If you perform a barre workout 2-4 times weekly, you will typically notice changes in as little as one month. Changes may include an improved posture, thinner thighs, chiseled arms, a sculpted back, flat abs and a lifted derriѐre. Classes take place in the Yoga/Pilates room: Tues., 3 pm Wed., 4 pm Fri., 7:45 am Sun., 11:30 am The first class for members is FREE! After that classes are $10 each for members and $15 for non-members, or you can buy a package of classes at a reduced price per class.
