Barrie Transit riders now have another way to plan their trips. As part of the new transit system, the City of Barrie has teamed up with Google to make transit data accessible through Google Maps. Residents can search and compare transit routes using the “Public Transit” link on Google Maps, a free service that allows users to plan trips by car, foot and transit. Riders can visit the “Trip Planner” page on the City’s website to start planning their next transit trip using Google Maps.
