Barry Chapman There was a meeting of Town Councillors (about 8/9) on Thursday 6th November to hear a lawyer describe how Charitable Trusts work. Although the meeting was not called as either a Swimming pool Trust Meeting or a Town Council meeting a number of questions directly relating to the pool site were asked. At the end of the meeting there was a show of hands in favour of Cllr Hansard meeting with Phil Philip Rourke and others to further discuss the possible establishment of a new trust with a majority made up of residents. No doubt Phil will update here when he is able.
