BaseFit / Circuit Specialty Class CrossFit By Overload Murrieta - TopicsExpress

BaseFit / Circuit Specialty Class CrossFit By Overload Murrieta is pleased to announce the addition of a BaseFit / Circuit Training Program to our repertoire of specialty classes. This program incorporates the benefits of traditional functional fitness with an emphasis on body weight movements and exercises in a controlled circuit interval style program. With a high intensity and cardiovascular endurance emphasis, many clients enjoy results that provide for an all around healthy lifestyle or wanted weight loss goals. We are excited at having Amy Alejandre pilot this program at Overload. Amy comes to us with over eight years of personal training experience in this area of expertise. Combine Overload’s full support and her creativity, passion and enthusiasm to develop this program, we believe that this will quickly become a vehicle to spread our love of fitness to a broader community. All $99 Unlimited Overload clients are free to attend these classes. These classes will be held on Tuesday & Thursday at 10:30am & 6:30pm, and Saturday at 8am. These classes will begin either next week or the week after. We will send another post indicating the exact start date. Cost for a BaseFit /Circuit ONLY program is $55/month on a 6-month contract. BaseFit Only clients are only allowed access to the BaseFit/Circuit Classes. BaseFit / Circuit clients get the free use of the child-day care. To attend regular CrossFit classes or any of the other specialty programs requires the client to be set up on the $99 Unlimited Program. Differences from CrossFit: While many of the functional movements may look and feel similar to some of the exercises performed in a regular CrossFit class. The biggest difference noticed is that BaseFit / Circuit does not incorporate the use of barbells, bumper plates, or Olympic lifts. We are very excited about launching this program and look forward to watching it grow. If you know anyone that may have been interested in trying CrossFit, but were too intimidated by the weightlifting portion, this class may be a perfect introduction for them into our community. Please pass this information along. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to email info@cfoverload or post questions on our website or facebook.
