Based on a true story... Paralysed from the neck down following a paragliding accident, millionaire Philippe (François Cluzet) lives a quiet life in a stylish Parisian apartment. When he hires Driss (Omar Sy), a forthright ex-con as his carer, their unlikely friendship and growing bond give Philippe a new lease of life. In French with English subtitles Olivier Nakache and Eric Toledano’s comedy-drama Untouchable took the French Box Office by storm when it was released in November 2011, and the film is now France’s foreign language submission for the Oscars in 2013. Omar Sy was awarded the Best Actor César for his performance as Driss, beating Jean Dujardin (The Artist) to the coveted prize.
