Based on my very recent experience in using Android Lollipop it is - TopicsExpress

Based on my very recent experience in using Android Lollipop it is my belief now that developers maintaining iOS work on bugs faster than developers working on Android bugs. I came to this conclusion because the way I see it, when a newer version of iOS is rolled out, there is a dedicated group of programmers at Apple constantly monitoring any complaints and patiently rooting out the errors. Especially unexpected ones. I remember once having an error to my AppleID. I wrote in about the error with an expectation that it will take forever for Apple actually get back to me. But within 1 day I got a reply and within the 3rd day of going back an forth on email, I had the matter fixed. Even the apps I purchase within that 3 day period, the ones I paid for, was very promptly refunded. And in those emails I even tried to sound agitated and frustrated. But their customer service experience and the way they replied to me was very satisfactory. A level composure is always maintained. Which gets me to thinking that there is a lot I could learn about customer relations in that experience alone. I know that instance I just quoted is not iOS related. But I am trying to illustrate how dedicated Apple actually is to customer satisfaction.
