Based on the last thing I shared last night on FB, I went to bed about 21 hours ago...Ive been in bed nearly all that time except to get up to let the dog out, feed my neighbors cats and thats about it...not sure what got me, but I was up several times in the middle of the night with feeling hot, then cold...not really chills...had an extreme migraine like a band around my head....now Im just exhausted...muscles hurt, joints hurt and I have a lot of fatigue.....might go back to bed soon just to rest up even more...thats how tired I feel....I sure hope this is only a one day thing....
