Based on the stories of 1970s immigrants to Chicago, the main character of Lena Khans upcoming #film The Tiger Hunter is “#Muslim inasmuch as #Seinfeld is Jewish. Heres a great interview where she talks about using subtle depiction in the movie to normalize #Islam. The film is about his quest and vulnerabilities, not his faith. And that is what I think is important, and the best step toward filling that dangerous gap in how we are represented in the media.... Why?
