Based upon the published reports of the United States Government Accounting Office spanning more than two decades, the computer generated data which the IRS purports to rely on fails to meet requirements that establish that any of their letters are valid relating to: accuracy, reliability, input accuracy, output accuracy, trustworthiness of the particular records and maintenance of proper information security.
