Basic needs of a human cannot be satisfied without work which gives us the ability to afford everything necessary for our normal daily life. However, considering other factors beside the success of work, I firmly disagree with the popular belief that work is the most important of people’s life and the life would never be meaningful without the success of the career. The first factor that worths mentioning is the affections from the other people around you like your relatives, friends. A person, no matter how rich or poor he is, still can not deny the dependence on love from friends, family members to survive. On one hand, you can meet the basic needs through hard working and achieve the success of your career. On the other hand, working so hard means a less amount of time spent with your loved ones, who can give you affections that become motivations for you to continue working. Another factor that counts in this case is the satisfaction coming from our work. There are many people working with the only purpose of survival but they never get any satisfaction due to the tough intensity of the work or that kind of work is not to their taste. Meanwhile, a lot of other alternatives like doing volunteer works, involving in social activities can give them the sympathy, make their life more meaningful. Having discuss factors beside the success of work-affections from the people around and the satisfaction for themselves from the work reconfirms my disagreement to the opinion above. Nobody can exist in the isolation with the people around no matter how successful he becomes in the life and noboday can have a meaningful life without having the truly satisfaction coming from the work they do everday.
