Basil Cream Chicken 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup bread crumbs 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 3 Tbsp. butter 1/2 cup dry white wine 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced 1/2 cup grated parmesan 1/8 tsp. pepper -Preaheat oven to 400. -Heat oil in a large oven safe skillet over medium high heat. -Place milk and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls. -Dip chicken in milk and then in bread crumbs. -Add chicken to the skillet and sear on both sides. -Place skillet in the oven and cook until coked through. -In a separate skillet, melt the butter. -Add wine to the skillet and bring to a boil over medium heat. -Stir in cream and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. -Reduce heat and add parmesan, basil, and pepper. -Cook, stirring, until heated through. -Serve chicken with sauce on top.
