Bathroom Saga update: I have a feeling that our oh so lovely (NOT) Mr Tim Rae the dodgy bathroom renovation guy is trying to rig the system to try and hide money. . Since he did not pay the first installment of the settlement plan, we now have another hearing date set for October 7 2014 for reinstatement to seek immediate payment of all $15000+interest+costs. Since it is clear he breached the order, more than likely we will get our official order so that we can take it to the Magistrates Court for swearing in and it becomes an enforceable debt which incurs interest at 10.5% plus costs to enforce it. YAY!!!! Anyway, I am now a member of creditor watch so that I will be able to list a default on his actual credit file if he does not pay the entire VCAT order and also lodge it as a court judgement debt on his file once we have our judgement debt. I decided to look up his wife name on creditor watch (Fiona McColl) and happened to find that in July this year, she set up a a business name called SCF TRADING.COM (possible an acrynonem for My hunch is that he is now trying to filter money into his wifes business account so that if we need to go down the path of issuing a summons for oral examination to determine what assets and money he has to pay the debt or if we go down the path of bankruptcy, his actual assets will all have been moved into his wifes business.
