Battle against fraud – round 2 Since a couple of days, we have switched the Goldpack from tradable to untradable. With this successful step, we have prevented a new wave of illegally obtained Goldpacks in the game. This will buy us the necessary time to find a proper solution which should prevent further fraud and at the same time should not have any influence for normal players. Various payment methods are of course have a main role here. Next to credit cards, there are stolen PayPal accounts which we are now investigating further. Because of this, there will be no possibility to charge your AION accounts via Paypal until further notice. We are in contact with PayPal to find a fast solution for the increased fraud cases. Our next step is to limit Paypal purchases in relation to the used game account. This will possibly happen within this week. Due to strategic reasons, we are not able to give you any further details about the limitations yet. We would like to apologise to all Paypal users for the current inconvenience and ask for your understanding. Of course we are making an effort to return to the previous and normal state. This also includes the removal of the Goldpack trading function limitation.
